General Returns Policy
1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged or has missing parts or accessories. defective or different from their description on the product details page on Adscart.in.
2. if you report an issue with your Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Telephone, Air conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, or Microwave, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. The visit is scheduled by placing an order with Adscart through Adscart.on Home service. Subject to Adscart.in Home Services Terms and Conditions, a resolution will be provided based on the technician’s evaluation report.
3. Return will be processed only if:
3.1 It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
3.2 the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
3.3 the product is returned in original condition (with the brand’s/manufacture’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual warranty card, and all the accessories therein).
4. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Adscart shall not be liable in any model for any misuse or usage of such information.
5. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
6. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page can not be returned.
7. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category. Visit My Orders to check the status of your replacement.

unavailability, Adscart will refund the client in full within 7 days.
Want to exchange?
We allow you to exchange a product, provided:
1. It is undamaged, unused and unopened , with the original labels, stickers and seal’s still attached;
2. It is not missing any accessories or parts;
3. You log an exchange via email within 7 days of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product.
4. You will be liable for returning the products to us at your expense and will be liable for the delivery cost for the second delivery.
